Refurbished St James' Gate makes great first impression

A landmark mixed-use development in Newcastle city centre has been given an impressive new look thanks to the expertise of our architectural and asset management teams. McAleer & Rushe Group, which owns and operates the St James’ Gate development, tasked us with the refurbishment and modernisation of the expansive reception area to 2 St James’ Gate, an eight-storey office building on Railway Street.
