Our retail agency team were on hand to help Rettie & Co Estate Agency expand their trade into the North East. Our team worked closely with the estate agency firm and were able to help secure a unit in Jesmond, Newcastle. The ground floor unit, provides the estate agency with a property situated in a well-established residential area and is leased for a term of five years.
