February Deals Update

Our strong end to last year has been followed by an equally strong start to 2017 with a number of deals being completed across our network of offices. Our Manchester office have successfully sourced a filming location for Shine North, a broadcast television and video production company based in Manchester’s MediaCityUK. Shine North will be using a unit at Mersey Road Industrial Estate in Failsworth to film the pilot of a new TV series for CBBC, the BBC’s children’s television strand.

Manchester team on hand to aid with canal clear up

Staff from our Manchester office recently took a trip across the Pennines to team up with the Canal & River Trust and help clear part of the flood-hit waterways in Leeds. Flooding in the city at the end of 2015 was some of the worst ever seen on the region’s historic waterways and caused damage to bridges, embankments and canal walls. The floodwaters also left behind an array of rubbish and other debris as well as a coating of mud and silt.
