We provide a multi-disciplinary service to corporate occupiers tailored to meet their individual needs. All work is co-ordinated by a Client Partner and agreed with the client. Central to our occupier consultancy work is occupier property management which includes financial management ( rent and service charge accounting).
Additional services particular to each individual client are then incorporated to provide a seamless service. Often these services comprise advice on landlord and tenant matters (lease renewals and rent reviews), acquisitions and rationalisations, due diligence and valuation advice in respect of MBOs and MBIs and building fit out and refurbishment in corporate style. Business rates provide a major cost to occupiers and our services include securing rates reductions on appeal and also full rates management.
