Our current investment clients hold assets ranging from single let properties to diverse portfolios incorporating retail parks, industrial schemes and office developments. We provide management services on all such properties.
Our role includes all required functions within the property management remit incorporating, but not limited to:
- Rent, insurance and service charge collection (all our processes follow the RICS Service Charge Code of Practice)
- Health & Safety control
- Quarterly financial and property updates to clients
- Service maintenance tendering
- Provision of updated tenancy schedules including all required lease details (e.g. breaks, reviews, rate per square foot etc.)
By undertaking the core management principles and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, our clients have the time to focus on their own key objectives within their portfolio. We will also assist /manage value enhancement to clients dependent upon their instructions and needs.
