Case Study: St James Gate

Working for McAleer and Rushe Group, the task was to refurbish and modernise the expansive reception area of 2 St James Gate. Our architecture team created the visual concept for the entrance and reception space which was designed to reflect the high quality of the development while creating a striking first impression.

The refurbishment project was managed by head of facilities management, Alex Slack, and the spectacular design was created by architectural assistant Gillian Smith.  The collaboration between the architecture and property management departments allowed Sanderson Weatherall to deliver this impressive project from the initial design stage all the way through to the final fit-out.

The refit involved redecorating work along with the installation of a corian-made reception desk. The newly-designed space also includes a digital wall covering showing a city scape of Newcastle's famous landmarks which completes the high-end design.
