Job Title Senior Surveyor Department Leeds Building Principal Purpose of Job An opportunity to work as part of a busy, well respected team in our Leeds office to service existing Building instructions and to shape and grow this important area of our local and national business. Bristol: Graduate Planner

Department Planning Principal Purpose of Job We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our planning team based in Bristol. The candidate will have completed an RTPI accredited degree. The role will predominantly involve tasks to support planning applications but it will also include exposure to the plan-making process. The position will allow the candidate to gain a good range of experience dealing with a variety of different property types and uses. It will involve accompanying colleagues on site visits, undertaking research of planning histories to establish lawful uses, carrying out policy research to identify key considerations, providing advice on permitted development, drafting planning statements and monitoring emerging development plans.
