Our property management team were instructed to refurbish and modernise the internal common areas of an office block in the heart of Newcastle city centre.  The common areas in the building were considered old fashioned and were made up largely of heavy wood panelling.

We brightened up the dull areas by installing better lighting, re-carpeting and we were also able to commission a range of photographs to be exhibited in the main entrance foyer. We revitalised the original wood panelling by using a lighter paint tone to match the general change in appearance.

We were able to complete the project without causing excessive disruption to the tenants, who welcomed the complete transformation of the space.
