Case Study: PWC sign second largest office deal of 2015

In the summer of 2015 we advised PWC on a 15 year lease at the £100 million Central Square city centre development.
The professional services giant, was the first and anchor tenant of the development, and will be moving its 700 staff into 50,000 sq ft over two floors at the Central Square development situated between Wellington Street & Whitehall Road.

Arif Ahmad, PwC’s senior office partner in Leeds, said: “The new office will give us 15% more useable space, enabling us to continue to recruit and attract the top talent so we can best serve our clients, to help them achieve their objectives, grow and support the local economy.”
The 11-storey development is being developed by Marrico Asset Management & investor M&G Real Estate with practical completion due in summer 2016 and is a 220,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme provding 25,000 sq ft footplates of flexible grade A office space, with some retail and leisure provision.
