Simon Elliot is an Associate Partner and Head of Public Sector Consultancy.  He has 25 years’ experience advising the public sector or private clients in their dealings with the public sector. He has previously worked for a range of organisations including a regional development agency, urban regeneration company, private sector consultancy, public/private partnership and a local authority.

Simon is a Registered Valuer and specialises in developer procurement, development appraisals, project feasibility, development finance, developing masterplans and frameworks, town centre mixed use regeneration, heritage led regeneration and compulsory purchase.  Simon is also Framework Manager for our approved supplier position on the Crown Commercial Service RM 928  Estates Professional Framework.
