National Agency Team

Our award winning agents provide transactional services to owners, occupiers, investors and developers. With offices strategically located throughout the UK we provide local insight as well as staying on top of national market trends. In the North East we have a team of six agents with specialists in the offices, retail, industrial, development and land markets. With over 30 years’ experience in the sector, Robert Patterson heads the North East team, which is made up of Kevin McGorie, Darren Naylor, Mark Convery, George Williams and Charlotte Marshall. In our Leeds office Richard Dunn specialises in the sales and lettings of offices, Peter Heron works in the retail market and Jonathon White focuses on industrial properties. Surveyor Tom Goode supports the team and has experience across a number of property sectors. On the other side of the Pennines, partner, David Murray, leads our Manchester office. David has over 15 years’ experience and is joined in our Manchester office by Adam Marshall.
