The Corporate Recovery Department specialises in acting on behalf of lenders in recovery situations due to defaults with loan agreements. The firm has been extensively and continuously involved for several decades with recovery work on a national basis in relation to, commercial, industrial, residential, land / development, agricultural and also trading concerns. In addition to dealing with general areas of recovery which include; Repossessions, Evictions, Assisted Sales and Sale as Mortgagee, Valuation & Recommendation, various members of our firm take Law of Property Act / Fixed Charge Receivership Appointments.
