Robert Patterson awards Northumbria University Dissertation Prize

With a number of Northumbria University alumni currently working at Sanderson Weatherall we have a long term relationship having successfully supported Real Estate students and the University.

Robert Patterson, Partner and Head of Agency based in our Newcastle office presented the Real Estate Dissertation Prize 2017.

The award was presented to final year student Gregory Humphreyson for his dissertation titled ‘If we implemented theories of extensive pedestrianisation, would the retail sector in the U.K.’s city centre benefit’.

Robert commented, “I would extend my many congratulations to Gregory on his well-deserved award, it poses a very interesting question. His Tutor Paul Greenhalgh, Associate Professor of Real Estate Economics. Head of Subject;Built Environmment was very complimentary about how he had drawn on European best practice.

Sanderson Weatherall wish Gregory every success as he goes on to study a Masters Degree at Northumbria in September."
