Malton Enterprise Park attracts national occupier in Screwfix

Screwfix, the UK’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade tools and hardware products, has let a 4,000 sq ft unit at Malton Enterprise Park.

Our Leeds industrial agency team let the premises on a ten year lease.

The unit will be Screwfix’s first Malton store, which is a real boost for the local economy.
