February Deals Update
During February there was plenty to be excited about, as our Leeds team moved into new offices, we rebranded & revealed our new look and we completed a number of jobs across our office network.
At the start of the month our Leeds team completed their move into the £100million Central Square development on Wellington Street in Leeds City Centre. The team of 80 moved into the sixth floor of the landmark building with our residential estate agency team taking a ground floor unit in the same property.
Over recent years we’ve undergone a real transformation, expanding our office network, welcoming new faces to the team and embracing new ways of working. With this change we wanted to ensure that our brand reflected the kind of business we are and decided it was time for a change, you can read more about our rebrand here.
2018 is set to be an exciting time for the North East leisure industry: not only in terms of the huge programme of events scheduled to take place within the region, but also because of the development of exciting leisure offerings in Newcastle City Centre. During the fourth quarter of 2017 total office take up in Newcastke totalled 124,527 sq ft with a continuing trend for larger deals going to alternative uses, with over 50,000 sq ft of office accommodation sold for residential development.
