London team move into new office

Published on: 1st October 2018

We have recently moved our London office to a Grade II listed building in the heart of the City. We have acquired the first floor of 13 Austin Friars, on a three-year lease, as part of our growth strategy in London.

Having previously occupied offices in the West End for 15 years, the new premises provides the team of 15 with larger and better specified space, locating us closer to our growing number of banking and institutional clients.

The move also comes following a number of new contract wins in and around London, as well as our appointment on the Crown Commercial Service framework which led to the creation of our dedicated public sector advisory team.

Matthew Midwinter, head of our London office commented, “Austin Friars is a fantastic new location for our office and provides the footprint to continue our success and deliver on our growth strategy within a great work environment.

We have expanded across all disciplines in London and provide a full suite of services to our clients across the region and I am excited to welcome more people to the team as that growth continues.”

Earlier this year, we also relocated our Leeds office to the £100million Central Square development in Leeds city centre.

Sanderson Weatherall's Regional Agent Partnership awarded national framework appointment with Crown Commercial Service

We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) National Estates Professional Services Framework. The four-year framework was awarded following a successful tender process, securing our position as lead contractor to the Regional Agent Partnership (RAP), which includes five other award winning property firms, for a second successive period. RAP has a combined turnover over £45 million and more than 700 chartered surveyors nationwide and comprises of property firms Sanderson Weatherall, Alder King, Ryden, Harris Lamb, Budworth Hardcastle and Lisney. The RAP also has support from Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited to provide specialist environmental, engineering and sustainability technical services across the UK. The appointment means the group are able to provide a full range of professional services to all UK public sector bodies, including central government departments and their agencies, non-departmental government bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities and registered charities.
