Office requirements on behalf of a retained charity in the North East

Our North East agency team has been appointed by the Durham Tees Valley Community Rehabilitation Company to acquire two office spaces in the North East.

The charity do fantastic work across the Durham Tees Valley, working to rehabilitate and support individuals who have been given a community sentence or released from prison on license.

Currently spread across eight locations they are looking to consolidate down to two premises and find community space for them to continue to enhance their service.

The specific requirement for the properties are set out below. 

Location:
1 Darlington and surrounding area
2 South East Durham including Newton Aycliffe, Bishop Auckland, Spennymoor

Size:
Ranging from 750 - 1,750 sq ft

Tenure:
Leasehold - c2 year lease

Specification:
• Strong preference for space with meeting rooms, kitchen etc already in place
• Good public transport links essential
• Price sensitive
