Trio of deals at South View Business Park, Guiseley
Working alongside Carter Towler our agency team has successfully completed the purchase and letting of International House, Guiseley.
Carter Towler purchased the 7,292 sq ft warehouse on Ghyll Royd, South View Business Park on behalf of a long-standing client from White & Co Removals with our agency team acting on behalf of the vendors.
International House was then refurbished before being marketed and let to Screw Fix in a 10 year lease deal negotiated by ours and Carter Towler's industrial agency team.
