Sanderson Weatherall strengthens it's North East team
Chartered surveyors firm Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its North East Building Surveying team with three key appointments.
Experienced chartered building surveyor Martin Smith has joined the firm to strengthen its eleven-strong team in the company’s Newcastle office, whilst Kenny Hiles has been promoted to Associate Partner. In Sanderson Weatherall’s Teesside office, Victoria Bollands has also been promoted to Associate Partner.
Associate Partner, Martin has joined Sanderson Weatherall after spending eight years at a competitor in Newcastle, where he developed his specialism in dilapidations negotiations for both landlords and tenants across a range of commercial, industrial, retail and leisure sectors. In addition to Martin’s wealth of experience in general commercial building surveying, he also specialises in party wall matters and pre-acquisition condition surveys.
Chartered Building Surveyor Kenny joined Sanderson Weatherall in 2005 and has a wide variety of experience in commercial building surveying. Kenny is currently involved as Project Manager on a large scale new build commercial development, but also holds vast experience in building and acquisition surveys, quinquennial surveys, condition surveys, construction administration, dilapidations and defects analysis. Kenny is also currently studying towards becoming NEBOSH accredited.
Victoria has worked for Sanderson Weatherall since 2006, achieved RICS Chartered Status in 2011. Victoria has experience in a variety of Building Surveying disciplines, including contract administration , construction health and safety matters, condition surveys, and dilapidations and her appointment strengthens and expands Sanderson Weatherall’s Teesside presence.
