Just 2 offices remain at Generator Studios after summer of successful lets
There are now just two office suites remaining in Generator Studios, Newcastle, after LogicNow, a global market leader in the delivery of cloud-based IT service management solutions chose the development for its North East base in a deal brokered by us.
The latest deal follows a flurry of lets secured over the summer by us, and will see LogicNow move into its new 2,284sqft office suite within the Metnor-owned property on Trafalgar Street.
LogicNow is the global market leader in the delivery of integrated cloud-based IT Service Management solutions to Managed Service Providers and end user businesses. The company is headquartered in Edinburgh and has offices across the globe.
Metnor has worked hard to ensure that Generator Studios offices are an attractive option for high quality businesses, most recently upgrading the IT infrastructure to offer occupiers up to 1Gb superfast broadband, providing outstanding data connectivity.
Jamie Mableson, senior development manager at Metnor Property Group said: “We are delighted that LogicNow has chosen Generator Studios to establish its presence in the North East. This letting is the fifth in recent months and will be a complimentary addition to our existing tenant occupiers”.
Located on Trafalgar Street to the east of Newcastle city centre, Generator Studios is an award-winning scheme providing excellent quality contemporary office space over five storeys. The scheme offers occupiers a dedicated staffed reception, coffee shop, bookable board room and communal meeting rooms with 47 parking spaces.
Commenting on the deal, Robert Patterson of our Newcastle agency team, said: “Generator Studios is a very exciting project for us, and we knew that it would be an attractive option for any firms seeking premises with modern, striking design and specification in a fantastic location.
“We are delighted to be welcoming a company of LogicNow’s calibre to the development, and feel confident that the two remaining office spaces at Generator Studios will see a great deal of interest in the coming weeks.”
