ATZ Developments, a Yorkshire based development company, has purchased a 60,000sq ft multi-let mill complex in Batley, West Yorkshire. Hickwell Mills, which comprises of 16 units and is currently let to a total of eight tenants, was sold to ATZ developments by Leeds-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall.

Preston Farm Industrial Estate unit sold to investor above asking price

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, our Teesside agency team has sold a 7,800 sq ft industrial warehouse unit in Preston Farm Industrial Estate to local investor, SCS structures. The unit, which is located in one of Teesside’s premier commercial locations, is set to be refurbished and offered back on to the market to let.
