Case Study: Retail storage specialist takes almost 30,000 sq ft at Wigan's Haslemere Industrial Estate

Retail Storage Solutions occupied a 29,871 sq ft property at Haslemere Industrial Estate, following the vacating of the property by Briggs Equipment, the UK distributor for the Hyster and Yale forklift truck range.

We successfully completed the letting of a recently vacated unit at Wigan’s Haslemere Industrial Estate on behalf of landlord Logicor.

Richard Phillips, portfolio director at Logicor, said: “We are delighted to welcome Retail Storage Solutions to the Haslemere Industrial Estate. The estate’s location close to the M6 is an attractive feature for many potential tenants.”
